Silicone stamps
The advantage of a silicone stamp lies in the virtual absence of pressure during the embossing process, since transfer to the foil is accomplished primarily by heat.
A further benefit is the possibility to level out irregularities in the part to be embossed by using rubbers with different degrees of hardness (dual-component coating).
We produce silicone stamps for hot-foil embossing operations on flat as well as freely defined surfaces.
