The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Service provider for form transmission: We use the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 2810 N Church St PMB 70296, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447, USA) for the technical receipt and forwarding of the form content to our mailbox. The data you enter into the form is transmitted directly to Formspree on submission and forwarded from there to us by email. Formspree does not store the data permanently; however, submitted entries are temporarily cached for abuse-prevention purposes.
The legal basis for the transfer to Formspree is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically reliable form submission); we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with Formspree in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. As Formspree is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission (Implementing Decision 2021/914) and supplementary measures by Formspree apply to safeguard this transfer. The data you enter into the contact form will generally remain with us for up to six months after the last communication; in the event a contract is concluded, until the expiry of statutory tax and commercial retention periods (generally 6 or 10 years). You can request deletion or revoke your consent at any time before then.
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Web Fonts (Locally Hosted)
To ensure a uniform display of the fonts "DM Sans" and "JetBrains Mono", we load the font files directly from our own server. No connection to external providers (in particular not to Google Fonts, fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com) takes place. Your IP address is used exclusively to deliver the font files to your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform display without third-party transfers).
Animation & Scroll Libraries (Locally Hosted)
We use the libraries GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis for scroll and animation effects. The script files are served exclusively from our own server — no connection to external content delivery networks (in particular not to cdnjs.cloudflare.com or cdn.jsdelivr.net) takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
